Step 1

In the following steps, we are going to show you how to successfully order a train ticket on ŽFBH website.

The purchase takes place via the form placed on the ŽFBH home page.

On the above photo, there are 5 different and marked sections:

1. In this section, you can choose to purchase a ticket for one or both directions. Additionally, there are options for selecting whether you want to travel by fast or local trains as well.
2. In this section, you may select the station you are traveling from. Upon selecting the starting station, the application automatically generates other stations depending on the current timetable and train schedule.
3. In this section, you can select the date of the trip, ie the date of reservation of the train ticket for the current trip.
4. If you want to travel in 1st class, you can do that in this section.
5. Through this section, you are able to choose the number of passengers you wish to buy a ticket for. The benefits will be calculated automatically depending on the quantity and category of the passengers.

It is important to know that you need to fill out the fields in all these 5 sections so that the application can calculate the price. After pressing the “Search” button, you are going to the next step:

Step 2

By pressing the “Search” button, the form redirects us to the next page.

In this step we have 3 essential sections, as it’s showing in the photo above:

1. Section showing the data you selected in the previous step. In this section, you are able to see all necessary information.
2. This section is going to show you all available trains (with departure and arrival times). You need to choose which train you are going to travel with.
3. The last section in this step contains a form that needs to be filled in order to complete the purchase successfully. By pressing the “BUY A TICKET” button, you should go to the next step.

Step 3

At this site, you must verify and confirm the entered payment information. You can change this information on the next page. By pressing the “Confirmation” button, you should go to a secure payment system website.

Step 4

In this step, we will process your request and charge your ticket. All you have to do is fill out the fields related to your card info. Fields that contain your personal information have already been entered in the previous step, so if you want to change it – you can do it right here.

After clicking on the “Pay” button you will be returned to our website where a message will be displayed that depends on whether the payment is successful or not.
