Credit Card Payment Security
The confidentiality of your information is protected and secured with usage of SSL encryption. Web pages for online payment are protected with usage of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, with 128-bit data encryption. SSL is a data encryption procedure, which prevents unauthorised access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and WebPay service and vice versa.
WebPay service and financial institutions (credit card houses) exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
The Monero Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and MasterCard rules.
Credit card numbers are not stored by the seller and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

Conditions of Purchase
These conditions determine the purchase, payment, acquirement and reclamation of passenger tickets, which can be purchased on the web page of the Railways of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (JP ŽFBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo).
The seller (hereinafter) is the company JP ŽFBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo.
A buyer is considered to be any person who visits the www.zfbh.ba webpage, fills out the form and completes a credit card online payment.
Buyer-seller relationships are regulated with the provisions of the Law on Passenger Carriage by Rail and Passenger Carriage Tariff, containing all the general conditions of carriage, as well as privileges and price list of services. The Regulations and Instructions on Organizing Passenger Carriage and Consignments regulates the organization of passenger carriage. Manner for issuance of transportation documents and payment procedures are laid out in the Regulations and Instructions on Transportation Accounting and Cashier Operations on Railway Stations.
ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE
On the www.zfbh.ba webpage passengers can buy tickets for travels within the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. With each online purchase, the passenger agrees to our terms of sale.
When purchasing a ticket, the passenger receives an e-mail notification informing on a successful ticket purchase, as well as on instructions for acquiring the ticket.
A ticket purchased online is issued on a first and last name and can only be used by the passenger whose name is listed on the ticket.
It is possible to purchase a ticket for another costumer (in a different name than the person making the purchase). In that case, the buyer will enter the data of the person who will be using the ticket into the online form.
Passengers are obliged to show tickets to the conductor when entering the train.
PAYMENT
All prices are in Bosnia and Herzegovina Convertible Marks (BAM), VAT included.
Ordered transportation documents can be paid with one of following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro or Visa.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTING THE CARD
The passenger must check all the information provided via e-mail, and show the card to the seller in case of incorrect or incomplete data, via the following e-mail: [email protected].
The seller commits to sending an e-mail to the buyer as soon as he receives the confirmation that the online transaction is approved.
If the passenger does not receive the ticket within the expected time after the purchase has been completed, he has the right to notify the Seller in order to take action to verify the purchase and issue of the ticket.
The purchased ticket must be picked up by the passenger at the departure station ticket office no later than 10 (ten) minutes before the scheduled departure of the train, with the presentation of appropriate identification documents (identity card or passport).
After receiving the email, the passenger can immediately head to the ticket office of the departure station to pick up the ticket.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding transport documents purchased online are submitted to the Revenue Control Division in writing at the box office or at the e-mail address [email protected], via the e-mail from which they were ordered.
Complaints are only approved on the name of the buyer and the account from which the payment was made.
The complaint has to have the number of the transaction account and the ticket with the respective fiscal account attached if the ticket has been picked up, and, if it has not been picked up, a written statement to cancel the trip and request a refund of the amount paid is sufficient.
Complaints can be filed within 15 days from the date of picking up the ticket, or from the day of the intended travel (Consumer Protection Law, Article 47).

JP ŽFBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. All changes will apply to the use of the www.zfbh.ba site. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information entered during the purchase.
The services provided by www.zfbh.ba do not include the costs that you might have by using computer equipment and services to access our site. JP ŽFBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo is not responsible for the costs of telephone, internet traffic or any other costs that may be incurred.
Although JP ŽFBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo strives to provide the best possible service offer, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet your needs.
